The Start button is now centered on the taskbar. If you prefer the classic left-aligned position, right-click the taskbar, open "Taskbar Settings", and change "Taskbar Alignment" to "Left".
The right-click menu focuses on essential settings. To access more options (like printing or viewing file locations), select "Show more options".
Click the area of the taskbar with Wi-Fi, speaker, and battery icons to open a settings menu. Customize which buttons appear by clicking the pencil-shaped "Edit quick settings" button.
Use the redesigned icon on the taskbar to create and manage multiple desktops. Hover over the icon to see open virtual desktops or create new ones. You can even set different wallpapers for each desktop.
Windows 11 introduces widgets. Access weather, sports scores, stock prices, Outlook calendar, to-do lists, and news by clicking the new "Widgets" icon on the taskbar.
Press "Windows + "Print Screen" to capture a fullscreen screenshot and save it to your designated folder. Use "Snipping Tool" (press "Windows + Shift + S") to capture specific regions or windows.
Right-click the taskbar and choose "Taskbar Settings". Adjust icon alignment, hide or show system icons, and personalize your taskbar.
Drag windows to the edges of the screen to use Snap Layouts. Group related apps together using Snap Groups for efficient multitasking.
Switch between dark and light modes easily. Go to "Settings > Personalization > Colors" to choose your preferred theme.
Use "Windows + Tab" to access Task View and manage virtual desktops. Organize your workspaces efficiently. You can create multiple desktops and group different workloads together. For instance, you can have all of your day trading on one desktop and all of your studying or research on another desktop.
